october mass

w00t! JtS and i had super-stealthy cell phone communication to help keep this ride together. and this time, we made it to montrose beach! afterward i went to alice's, a vegetarian place so far north it's almost in evanston, with igor and cone and some massers we'd just met. more later, of course.

october marauders ride

...despite the rain, it was pretty awesome. we had four: sarah, jimmiethesaint, me, and the dude with curly dark hair whose name always escapes me. i'll think of it, i promise. and i'll also write about this route, which was truncated but recycled for october's ccm!

meet-up mass

this was totally some good times. i first met howard, who bought me a beer. i also met jimmy the saint, which was the beginning of beautiful (and still-going!) participation with the midnight marauders. i met a guy whose legs were smoother than mine (wtf shaving). elaboration to come.
